Prawns and Shiitake Mushroom Wrap
Wash the Shiitake mushrooms in olive oil and spices and cut them into small pieces. Place the olive oil in a frying pan – you can use the mushroom olive oil – and place the pan on the stove. Sauté the prawns, season with salt and lemon juice.
Add the Shiitake mushrooms to the prawns. Prepare the Wrap following the instructions on the packaging. Spread Cocktail sauce on the Wrap, add the prawn and Shiitake mushroom mixture, and top with lettuce, as preferred. If necessary, add some more Cocktail sauce!
