Quand elles sont au point, <\/b>\u00e9goutter<b> les et <\/b>r\u00e9server<b>.<\/b> Ensuite, utiliser un cul de poule pour m\u00e9langer la sauce au soja, la sauce de sambal et le gingembre. Ajouter les 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u00b4huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans le wok ou po\u00eale, \u00e0 mi- feu. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Additionner la moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9chalottes et la moiti\u00e9 de l\u00b4ail moulu et laisser \u00e0 mijoter pendant 30 secondes. Quand vous commencez \u00e0 sentir l\u00b4odeur des ingr\u00e9dients, additionner les crevettes et laisser les saisir jusqu\u00b4\u00e0 ce qu\u00b4elles deviennent ros\u00e2tre. D\u00e8s qu\u00b4elles sont pr\u00eates, retirer les du wok. Ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u00b4huile au wok. Additionner aussi le reste des \u00e9chalottes et de l\u00b4ail moulu et laisser saisir 30 secondes. Ajouter les brocolis, les champignons et les oignons et laisser saisir pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes. Quand les ingr\u00e9dients sont tendres, additionner les p\u00e2tes, les crevettes et le m\u00e9lange des sauces. Ensuite, il suffit de servir dans chaque assiette. Avec le plat dans l\u00b4assiette, additionner quelques noix de cajous comme topping et verser plus de sauce de soja par-dessus. Pour terminer ajouter le jus de lime avant de servir. Ce plat est un peu complexe, mais m\u00eame comme \u00e7a assez facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.
